I’m not necessarily saying you should go out of your way if this isn’t nearby, but if you do get the chance, I highly recommend it—for one simple reason: truffle pasta in a parmesan cheese nest.

I look forward to this every year and will probably never order any other mains off the menu.

If you do, though, I’m told the pizzas are also pretty good.
