BISTRO MERCAT

Bistro Mercat is another little gem in Llucmajor. Like its neighbour, Bella Italia, it’s pretty low-key and serves up classic Spanish tapas alongside a fairly extensive cocktail list.

My favourite time to go is at lunch -- you can sit on the square and watch the town slowly shut down for siesta. Very relaxing.

They are open in the evenings too and are usually much busier at that time.
