Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo

Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo is a traditional bakery that serves up Mallorcan delicacies like almond cake and ensaimadas. It also offers a variety of sweet and savoury pastries and ice creams.

Ice cream flavours include almond, which was once prescribed as medicine on the island.

They have three locations, but my favourite is the original, which opened in 1977 but still preserves the interiors of the original shop, which first opened in the 1700s!
