El Camino Palma
El Camino Palma is from the creators of Barrafina in London—something I didn’t know before I went but wasn’t surprised to learn when I did.
It’s fairly central, located on quite a small street, so you could easily pass it if there wasn’t a queue outside the door.
It’s a wonderfully chic and narrow Spanish tapas restaurant, where the best seats in the house are those at the bar. You can book for one of the sittings on their website, which I’d highly recommend, as the place was immediately full when we entered at opening.
A wonderful and elevated dining experience, making the most of local ingredients and Spanish cooking. Everything we ordered was delicious, and it was a lot of fun to watch it all being made behind the counter.
