Trobar
Trobar has three parts: Trobar is the restaurant, Trobasement is the basement bar and lounge, and rooftop Trobar is — you guessed it — the rooftop bar.
Each space is so immaculately designed it’s hard to believe you’re actually allowed to sit, drink, and eat in them. All the plates and drinkware are designed by artists, who are identified on the menu, and I believe they are available for purchase, which is very cool.
The food and cocktails themselves are equally exuberant.
